General Shipping Policies We ship anywhere in the Continental US, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We DO NOT take International orders and DO NOT SHIP OVERSEAS. All our caviar is guaranteed to arrive fresh, shipped via FedEx. Perishable items are shipped overnight via FedEx Overnight. All of our FedEx Overnight packages require a signature upon arrival.
Delivery Date Orders received by 5:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday are processed the same day and shipped to you on the same Business Day. Orders placed after 5 PM Monday through Friday are processed on the Next Business Day and are shipped on the Next Business Day thereafter. All weekend orders are processed on Monday and shipped on Monday. Orders received on Thursday after 7PM are processed on Friday and shipped on Friday by FedEx Overnight Saturday Service.
Delivery Pricing Shipping charges are $44.99 for FedEx Overnight and $54.99 for FedEx Overnight Saturday Service. These charges include postage, packaging materials and ice gel packs which accompany every single order. Shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii $64.99. Puerto Rico $84.99. Shipping charges for non-perishable products are $26.99. There is no Shipping charge for orders more than $2000.00.
Delivery Location Prem Caviar Trading will not ship to P.O. boxes. When a signature is required for delivery you must ensure that the receiving party is available upon delivery.
Delivery Fallacies Prem Caviar Trading will take no responsibility for delayed deliveries due to Acts of God, heavy holiday shipping schedules, or incomplete/incorrect delivery information.
